Hook Wash Blue is a cleaner that was originally designed for cleaning commercial embroidery machine rotary hooks and other embroidery machine parts. It has MANY other uses. It removes grease, oil, corrosion, and other contaminants from mechanical components and electronic parts. Protects against corrosive build-up and oxidation, prolonging the life of your equipment. Penetrates quickly and displaces water. Rust remover. Leaves surfaces squeaky clean. Hook Wash Blue does not have oil (lubricant) in it.
For embroidery machines, turn off the machine. Remove the cap. Facing the nozzle away from your face and anyone else’s, firmly insert the extension straw into the nozzle. You can easily use this product without the straw as well. Hold the can upright and spray 3? to 6” away from the surface to be cleaned. Spray liberally to flush away gunk, oil, adhesives, thread bits and all other debris in the hook area. Hook Wash Blue has a water displacer and will dry on its own or you can use canned air to dry the area. Hook Wash Blue leaves behind a squeaky clean surface. Safe on electronics, plastics and bushings. Follow these same directions for all other applications.
