United Thread was great and very quick to answer all of my questions before I placed my first order with them. My order arrived quickly (had it in hand 3 or 4 days after I placed the order) and was packaged well. We use the smaller set of these clamp hoops and they work great. Decided to purchase the larger set to have for our larger items. These hoops are great for jackets or thicker objects that get normally get hoop burn in other types of hoop systems.
